תקנון החזרות והחלפות
• כל התכשיטים מיוצרים בהזמנה אישית (Made to Order).
• לא ניתן לבטל הזמנה, להחזיר או לקבל החזר כספי עבור תכשיטים שיוצרו בהזמנה אישית, לאחר תחילת תהליך הייצור.
• ניתן לבצע התאמת מידה (כגון מידת טבעת או אורך שרשרת) בכפוף לאישור ובהתאם למדיניות החברה.
• החלפות יתאפשרו רק במקרים חריגים ובכפוף לשיקול דעת החברה.
• במקרה של פגם ייצור, יש לפנות אלינו תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצר בצירוף תמונות, והחברה תטפל בהתאם.
• עלויות משלוח לצורך תיקונים / התאמות עשויות לחול על הלקוח.
• המדיניות כפופה לחוק הגנת הצרכן ולתקנון האתר.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
• All jewelry pieces are made to order.
• Orders for made-to-order jewelry cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
• Size adjustments (such as ring resizing or chain length) may be available, subject to approval and company policy.
• Exchanges are allowed only in exceptional cases, at the company’s discretion.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, including clear photos, and we will address the issue accordingly.
• Shipping costs related to adjustments or repairs may apply.
