האם ניתן להחזיר או לבטל הזמנה?

כל התכשיטים מיוצרים בהזמנה אישית (Made to Order). לאחר תחילת תהליך הייצור, לא ניתן לבטל הזמנה, להחזיר את המוצר או לקבל החזר כספי.

האם ניתן לבצע התאמת מידה?

כן. ניתן לבצע התאמות מידה כגון שינוי מידת טבעת או אורך שרשרת, בכפוף לאישור ובהתאם למדיניות החברה.

מה קורה במקרה של פגם בתכשיט?

במקרה של פגם ייצור, יש לפנות אלינו תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצר בצירוף תמונות ברורות, ואנו נטפל בכך בהתאם.

כמה זמן לוקח ייצור התכשיט?

כל תכשיט מיוצר בעבודת יד ובהזמנה אישית. זמן הייצור מצוין בעמוד המוצר ועומד בדרך כלל על עד 14 ימי עסקים

האם ניתן להזמין את התכשיטים בזהב 18 קראט ו/יהלומים טבעיים ?

כן. ניתן להזמין את כלל התכשיטים בזהב 18K ו/או עם יהלומים טבעיים בהזמנה מיוחדת. לפרטים נוספים ניתן ליצור קשר.

האם ההנחה מתעדכנת אוטומטית בקופה?

כן. במסגרת מבצעים, ההנחה מתעדכנת אוטומטית בקופה — אין צורך בקוד קופון.

האם ניתן לשלב מבצעים והנחות?

לא. לא ניתן לשלב מבצע זה עם מבצעים, הנחות או קופונים אחרים.

כל התכשיטים מיוצרים בעבודת יד על ידי תכשיטן ותיק LALO FIne jewelry בבורסת היהלומים הישראלית,

ברחוב תובל 23, רמת גן.

כל תכשיט מיוצר בקפידה, תחת בקרת איכות, ובהתאם לסטנדרטים הגבוהים ביותר,

ומלווה בכל האישורים הנדרשים.

Can I cancel or return my order?

 

All jewelry pieces are made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

 

Is resizing available?

Yes. Size adjustments such as ring resizing or chain length modifications may be available, subject to approval and company policy.

What if my jewelry arrives with a defect?

In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, including clear photos, and we will address the issue accordingly.

 

How long does production take?

Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Production time is listed on the product page and typically takes up to 14 business days.

 

Can I order in 18K gold or with natural diamonds?

Yes. All pieces can be custom-made in 18K gold and/or with natural diamonds upon special request. Please contact us for details.

Is the discount applied automatically at checkout?

 

Yes. During promotional periods, discounts are automatically applied at checkout , no code is required.

Can promotions be combined?

No. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or coupon codes.
