• כל התכשיטים מיוצרים בהזמנה אישית (Made to Order).
• לאחר תחילת תהליך הייצור, לא ניתן לבטל הזמנה, להחזיר מוצר או לקבל החזר כספי.
• ניתן לבצע התאמות מידה (כגון שינוי מידת טבעת או אורך שרשרת) בכפוף לאישור ובהתאם למדיניות החברה.
• החלפות יתאפשרו רק במקרים חריגים ובכפוף לשיקול דעת החברה.
• במקרה של פגם ייצור, יש לפנות אלינו תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצר בצירוף תמונות ברורות.
• עלויות משלוח עבור תיקונים, התאמות או החלפות עשויות לחול על הלקוח.
• המדיניות כפופה לחוק הגנת הצרכן ולתקנון האתר.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

• Exchanges are permitted only in exceptional cases, at the company’s discretion.
• In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, including clear photos.
• Shipping costs related to adjustments, repairs, or exchanges may apply.
